CONSULTATIONS AND PATCH TESTS

A consultation and patch test is mandatory for all PMU procedures, at least 48 hrs before the treatment. A patch test is required for all new clients for Brows Lamination, Tint, SoHenna at least 24/48 -hours prior appointment. 

This must be done even if you have carried out patch tests with other artists before for insurance policy purposes.

DEPOSITS 

A small deposit is taken for all appointment slots to confirm your booking, as they are in such high demand. You can reschedule your appointment any time up to 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment. After this point, the deposit will be non-refundable.

If you cancel the appointment with more than 7 Days notice, your deposit will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days and can only be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive late, your appointment time can not be extended. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be need to be rebooked and you will lose your deposit. You will be required to pay another deposit to book a new appointment. 

RESCHEDULE 

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 72 hours notice is needed. If you attempt to reschedule your appointment within the 72 hour window, you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. You are limited to one rescheduling without losing your deposit (if more than 72 hours notice), further rescheduling will require additional non-refundable deposits.

NO GUESTS 

Due to the nature of the service we provide, we kindly request that people do not accompany you. Presence of other people during the procedure is strictly prohibited for health & safety reasons.

FOLLOW UPS

If your touch up session is scheduled later than 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure, additional charges will be applied. 

RESULTS 

Healed results will vary with each individual client. A minimum of two sessions is strongly recommended and in some cases additional touch ups may be required. These procedures are not intended to replace the use of makeup products but to enhance individual features. All risks and uncertainty of the processes involved in cosmetic tattooing is agreed upon and understood by the client before booking an appointment. 

At the time of your appointment, if it is clear that this concept is not understood by the client and there is uncertainty, or a sense that this is an impulsive decision, I reserve the right to refuse the service and the deposit will be forfeited.

COVER UPS

Previous permanent makeup - if you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment so we can pre-approve the treatment. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work.
